Hive Cleanup

 
Early this semester, I asked you to organize and maintain a hive homepage.
Some of you took this to heart and have continued to do so. Now this is required.

  1. Page title should be YOUR NAME
    (ie, between <title< ...</title< tags)
  2. YOUR NAME should be the first thing I see what I visit your page.
  3. Going Forward
    Include DATES with all work. No need to go backwards with dates.
  4. EVERY DAY that we do not devote to projects MUST include a continuously fcn'al link to your work for that day practicing the day's topics.
    For this past Tues, Mar 22 you should have at least one page that demonstrates to me that you have worked with and continue to try and understand cookies/sessions/hash password&verify php code.

    The contents of these file(s) should NOT be LIMITED to ONLY what you have time to accomplish in class during the time I allow but include a fulsome exploration that may require a non-trivial amount of your own time to accomplish.

    I will be reviewing your portfolio of weblinked work from time to time. And I may from time to time award extra credit for work I see here.

  5. HomePage should be...
    highly readable and intuitive.
    • 284 classwork/homework/project links near the top & clearly labeled with relevant date included.
    • font-sizes should be reasonable; not too large so I have to zoom out or scroll to see all your links; not so small I need to zoom in
    • colors of background and text should not be distracting or provide camouflage for your content
    • no broken links to other pages or to images
    • Remove 'practice' work from this page. Links to practice & tias are all this page should contain. Keep it spare and clean.

  In future, I won't remind you to do this but will always expect it.
